Crispy Tofu Bites with Hot Honey Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Hot Shot Broc — Hot Honey Broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Hot Shot Broc (Hot Honey Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 300g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil

Procedure

  1. Crisp the tofu

    Toss the tofu in cornstarch and pan-fry in oil until golden and crunchy, about 8 minutes.

  2. Season

    Toss with soy sauce for the last minute.

  3. Cook the broccoli

    Air-fry the Hot Shot Broc for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Serve the tofu over rice with the hot honey broccoli piled on the side.
