Pepper Steak with Hot Honey Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Hot Shot Broc — Hot Honey Broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Hot Shot Broc (Hot Honey Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 2 baking potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
  • Sour cream + chives, to serve

Procedure

  1. Bake the potatoes

    Bake the potatoes at 200°C (390°F) for 45 minutes until tender.

  2. Sear the steak

    Press cracked pepper into the steaks, sear 3–4 minutes per side, baste with butter, and rest 5 minutes.

  3. Cook the broccoli

    Air-fry the Hot Shot Broc for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Serve the steak with a loaded baked potato (sour cream + chives) and the hot honey broccoli on the side.
