Baked Mac & Cheese with Hot Honey Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Hot Shot Broc — Hot Honey Broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Hot Shot Broc (Hot Honey Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 250g macaroni
  • 2 cups grated cheddar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Procedure

  1. Make the sauce

    Cook butter and flour 1 minute, whisk in milk until thick, then melt in the cheddar.

  2. Combine and bake

    Fold in the cooked macaroni, top with breadcrumbs, and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes until bubbling.

  3. Cook the broccoli

    Air-fry the Hot Shot Broc for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Scoop the mac and cheese onto plates with the hot honey broccoli served on the side.
