Why Roast’d?
Because vegetables deserve to be a real part of your meal.

We take real vegetables, roast them for deep flavor, season them with globally inspired spices, and freeze them at peak freshness. The result is a restaurant quality side dish.
Are frozen vegetables actually healthy?
Yes, oftentimes more than “fresh.”

Vegetables used in frozen foods are typically harvested and frozen within hours, which helps preserve nutrients. Fresh vegetables in grocery stores may spend days or weeks in transit before reaching your plate.

Freezing locks in nutrients and freshness.
Why roast the vegetables before freezing?
Roasting develops flavor through the Maillard reaction — the chemical reaction between amino acids and natural sugars that creates browning and deep savory notes.

Instead of plain steamed vegetables, roasting triggers this reaction, producing caramelized edges and richer flavor. We roast first, then freeze at peak freshness, so when you heat Roast’d you get vegetables that taste like they came straight out of the oven.
What ingredients do you use?
Simple ingredients you’d use at home:

  • Real vegetables
  • Avocado oil
  • Herbs, spices, and seasonings
No artificial flavors. No unnecessary fillers.
How do you cook Roast’d?
Straight from the freezer.
Air fryer: ~7–9 minutes
Oven: ~10–12 minutes
Pan: ~6–8 minutes
No chopping, washing, or prep required.
Are the vegetables crispy?
Roast’d vegetables have roasted edges and tender centers. For the best texture, cook them in an air fryer.
When should I eat Roast’d?
Roast’d works well for:
  • Weeknight dinners
  • Meal prep
  • Quick lunches
  • Easy sides when you don’t want to cook vegetables from scratch
