Baked Salmon & Quinoa with Salt & Pepper Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Broc To Basics — Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Broc To Basics (Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper

Procedure

  1. Bake the salmon

    Drizzle the salmon with oil, lemon, salt, and pepper; bake at 200°C (390°F) for 12–14 minutes.

  2. Warm the quinoa

    Fluff the cooked quinoa and season to taste.

  3. Cook the broccoli

    Air-fry the Broc To Basics for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Serve the salmon over quinoa with the salt and pepper broccoli on the side.
