Roasted Chicken Thighs with Salt & Pepper Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Broc To Basics — Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Broc To Basics (Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Procedure

  1. Season

    Rub the chicken with oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Roast

    Roast skin-side up at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes until crisp and cooked through.

  3. Cook the broccoli

    Air-fry the Broc To Basics for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Serve the chicken over rice with the salt and pepper broccoli on the side.
