Cacio e Pepe with Salt & Pepper Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Broc To Basics — Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Broc To Basics (Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 200g spaghetti or tonnarelli
  • 1 cup finely grated pecorino
  • 1 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • Reserved pasta water

Procedure

  1. Cook the pasta

    Boil the pasta until al dente, reserving a cup of starchy water.

  2. Make the sauce

    Toast the pepper in a pan, add pasta water and pecorino off the heat, and toss the pasta to a silky cream.

  3. Cook the broccoli

    Air-fry the Broc To Basics for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Twirl the pasta into bowls with the salt and pepper broccoli on the side.
