Garlic Butter Steak with Air Fryer Salt & Pepper Broccoli — plated and ready to serve

Garlic Butter Steak with Air Fryer Salt & Pepper Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Broc To Basics — Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli.

Steak, mash, and crispy salt and pepper broccoli — the classic plate, minus the part where you stand over three pans. The broccoli comes pre-seasoned and air-fries from frozen, so your attention stays on basting the steak.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Broc To Basics (Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 500g potatoes, for mashing
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • Splash of milk

Procedure

  1. Make the mash

Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.

  2. Sear the steak

Sear the steaks 3–4 minutes per side, add butter and garlic, baste, and rest 5 minutes.

  3. Cook the broccoli

Air-fry the Broc To Basics for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

Slice the steak and plate with the mash, with the salt and pepper broccoli on the side.
