Lemon Herb Chicken with Lemon Pepper Asparagus

Made with Roast'd Aspara Good — Lemon Pepper Asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Aspara Good (Lemon Pepper Asparagus) — served on the side
  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Procedure

  1. Marinate

    Toss the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  2. Roast the chicken

    Roast skin-side up at 200°C (390°F) for 22–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  3. Cook the asparagus

    Air-fry the Aspara Good for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Serve the chicken over rice with the lemon pepper asparagus piled on the side.
