Garlic Butter Salmon with Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Asparagus — plated and ready to serve

Garlic Butter Salmon with Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Asparagus

Made with Roast'd Aspara Good — Lemon Pepper Asparagus.

Salmon and asparagus is one of those dinners that sounds fancy but is secretly the easiest thing you can cook on a weeknight. The garlic butter does most of the work on the fish, and the air fryer asparagus goes straight from the freezer to crispy in under ten minutes — no trimming, no seasoning, no extra pan to wash.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Aspara Good (Lemon Pepper Asparagus) — served on the side
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Procedure

  1. Sear the salmon

Pat the salmon dry, season, and sear skin-side down in a hot pan for 4 minutes. Flip, add butter and garlic, and baste for 2–3 minutes. Finish with lemon juice.

  2. Cook the asparagus

Air-fry the Aspara Good for 7–9 minutes until crisp at the edges.

  3. Plate

Serve the salmon over rice, spoon the garlic butter from the pan on top, and pile the lemon pepper asparagus alongside as a side.
