Crispy Sesame Tofu with Lemon Pepper Asparagus

Made with Roast'd Aspara Good — Lemon Pepper Asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Aspara Good (Lemon Pepper Asparagus) — served on the side
  • 300g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Procedure

  1. Crisp the tofu

    Pan-fry the cubed tofu until golden on all sides, about 8 minutes.

  2. Glaze

    Add soy sauce and honey and toss for 1 minute until sticky. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  3. Cook the asparagus

    Air-fry the Aspara Good for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Serve the tofu over rice with the lemon pepper asparagus piled on the side.
