Peanut Noodles & Crispy Tofu with Salt & Pepper Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Broc To Basics — Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Broc To Basics (Himalayan Salt & Pepper Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 300g firm tofu, cubed
  • 200g noodles
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice + warm water to loosen

Procedure

  1. Crisp the tofu

    Pan-fry the cubed tofu until golden on all sides, about 8 minutes.

  2. Make the sauce

    Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and warm water into a pourable sauce; toss with the cooked noodles.

  3. Cook the broccoli

    Air-fry the Broc To Basics for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Pile the peanut noodles into bowls, top with the crispy tofu, and serve the salt and pepper broccoli on the side.
