Crispy Chicken with Hot Honey Broccoli

Made with Roast'd Hot Shot Broc — Hot Honey Broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Hot Shot Broc (Hot Honey Broccoli) — served on the side
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup seasoned flour
  • 500g potatoes, for mashing
  • Oil, for frying

Procedure

  1. Soak and dredge

    Soak the chicken in buttermilk, then dredge in seasoned flour.

  2. Fry

    Fry at 175°C (350°F) for 6–7 minutes until golden and cooked through; drain.

  3. Mash + broccoli

    Mash the boiled potatoes with butter and salt. Air-fry the Hot Shot Broc for 7–9 minutes until crisp.

  4. Plate

    Plate the chicken with mash, with the hot honey broccoli served on the side.
