Shoyu Ramen with Firecracker Edamame

Made with Roast'd Cool Beans — Firecracker Edamame.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roast'd Cool Beans (Firecracker Edamame) — served on the side, in the pod
  • 2 portions ramen noodles
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 scallion, sliced

Procedure

  1. Build the broth

    Simmer the vegetable broth with soy sauce for 10 minutes; taste and adjust.

  2. Cook the noodles

    Cook the ramen noodles to package directions and divide between two bowls.

  3. Cook the edamame

    Air-fry the Cool Beans for 3–5 minutes until hot and blistered — keep the pods whole.

  4. Plate

    Ladle the broth over the noodles, top with halved soft eggs and scallion, and serve the edamame in the pod on the side.
